Terms of use

The service classifies the evidence you provide, checks limited public endpoints, and suggests troubleshooting steps. It does not control Stremio, Real-Debrid, an add-on, your network, or your device, and it cannot guarantee that a recommendation will resolve every issue.

Use the service only with apps, accounts, networks, devices, media, and sources you are authorized to access. Do not use it to infringe copyright, bypass access controls, probe systems without permission, distribute generated links, or share another person's account.

Do not submit passwords, provider API keys, access or refresh tokens, private configured add-on URLs, device codes, magnets, account identifiers, or unredacted logs. Automated redaction is a safety layer, not permission to submit secrets.

Back up relevant settings, change one thing at a time, and use the retest step. You remain responsible for deciding whether a change is appropriate for your device, network, provider terms, and local law.

Written fixes are treated as suggestions only. They are redacted and require human review before they can influence published guidance. Submission does not guarantee publication, attribution, compensation, or adoption.

Problem reports are optional, redacted, and intended to improve the service. Do not use the form for emergencies, account support, legal notices, or anything requiring a reply. Submission does not guarantee investigation, a product change, or a personal response.

Stremio, Real-Debrid, add-ons, documentation sites, and other named products are operated by third parties under their own terms. FixMyStremio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by them. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The free service may change, apply reasonable submission limits, or become temporarily unavailable. Features labelled future, early access, coming soon, or not enabled are not part of the current service. No payment or subscription is accepted at present.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is without warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of third-party apps, services, sources, or suggested settings. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or consumer guarantees that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law protections.

Material changes will be dated on this page. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply from their effective date.
