Stored credential diagnosis
AIOStreams says your Real-Debrid key is invalid or expired?
Real-Debrid can be active while AIOStreams still holds a previous key. Treat the provider account and each add-on's saved authorisation as separate states.
Try these first
The fixes that usually work
- Confirm the account first: sign in at Real-Debrid and check the subscription is still active.
- Open AIOStreams Configure, update Real-Debrid under Services, then use Save and Install and click Save. This regenerates the install address with the current key.
- Reinstall in Stremio only if you are prompted, or if a device still shows the old configuration.
- Check each device separately. A phone or television can still hold a stale install after the computer is fixed.
No sign-up needed for any of these. If none of them change anything, the free diagnostic checks the rest of the chain and tells you which stage is actually failing.
Common causes
What may be happening
- Real-Debrid rotated or rejected the old key
- AIOStreams was updated but the new service configuration was not saved
- One device still has a stale AIOStreams install
- A different provider-enabled add-on was updated instead of AIOStreams
A better process
Check the chain in order
- Confirm account status directly with Real-Debrid
- Open AIOStreams Configure and update Real-Debrid in Services
- Use Save & Install and click Save
- Reinstall only if prompted or a device still shows the old configuration
